In Manfredi Beninati’s paintings –landscapes and inner house spaces are populated by children , female figures and adolescents – fantastic and unreal spaces overlap childhood memories and places which emerge within the artist’s memory. Details flow between the lenticolar evidence and the indefinity of the stain, images appear as behind a veil, created by the shades and cast of colour.
