S.A.C.S. Sportello per l'Arte Contemporanea della Sicilia
The Sportello per l'Arte Contemporanea in Sicilia was founded as a dynamic structure aimed at promoting contemporary art in Sicily and at reinforcing ties between the Sicilian and the international art scene.

- To increase, organize, and make readily available information on Sicily's young artists.
- To provide younger artists, in particular, with the opportunity for a critical appraisal of their work and a chance to acquire professional presentation skills.
- To promote information collected on young artists to potentially interested parties (Sicilian, Italian, and international critics and curators).
- To provide Sicilian artists and curators financial support for exhibitions abroad.
- To broaden international curators' direct knowledge of the Sicilian art scene.
- To provide artists and curators information on residencies abroad.
- To promote the network of Sicilian public and non-profit exhibition spaces.

- an archive on Sicilian artists
- an international programme for visiting curators
- an artist-in-residence programme for Sicilian artists
- a programme for Sicilian artists and curators supporting for exhibitions abroad
